2009 CAC Summer Pool Party

What a perfect day!  The live band was amazing and the food even more so!

We lucked out on it being the hottest day of the year, and between cannonballs in the swimming pool

and delicious food, I demonstrated my Mehari’s hair raising cornering ability to the neighbours who were prepared to take a ride on the wild side! We also offered rides in Ken’s DS23 and Roland Voegle’s 2CV and Larry Lewis’ Traction, so folks could get a feel for the full Citroën driving spectrum.

Frances and Ken McGuinness put a lot of effort and expense into the event and on behalf of all the CAC members that attended I would sincerely like to thank them for thinking of our membership and inviting us to join in this outstanding summer celebration.  It was very much appreciated by all that attended!
